Menopause and Mind will be running our second in-depth survey about the experience of those experiencing menopause related health and mental health issues in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas. The survey will launch on International Menopause Day on 18 October 2024.
Our last research report “I Suffer in Silence” is available to read here: https://menoandmind.org/2024/04/03/i-suffer-in-silence-menopause-and-mind-research-brighton-and-hove-2023/
We want to improve and diversify our research this year. If there are additional areas that we are missing or should be asking about then please get in touch, we welcome your criticism and input. Also, if you would like to be involved in promoting the research or us working with your service users to conduct surveys with them please do let us know. Our contact email is menoandmind@gmail.com
We are particularly interested in working with marginalised communities and capturing the experience of minority ethnic, neurodivergent, disabled, trans and non-binary menopause. We do not have the financial capacity to translate but would particularly welcome working with refugee charities to see how we could make our research accessible.
