Sussex Mental Health Crisis and Wellbeing Support over the Festive Period
Hi everyone,

While this can be a time for holidays and celebration for many, it can also be a time of isolation, loneliness and stress. Wherever you are on your menopause journey, we urge you to be kind to yourself at this time of year. It is important to know, if you are in a difficult time of crisis there are many places you can reach out to.

The information below has been prepared for circulation by the VCSE Mental health transformation team, and we thank them for their work pulling all of this together.

Warmest wishes,

The Menopause and Mind Team
