Painting the Menopause – Rescheduled

Hi all,

Painting the Menopause – Rescheduled

I am very sorry to say that due to ill health (I have spent the last two days in bed with the flu) I will be rescheduling the Painting the Menopause session that was due to run at The Queery tomorrow evening. This is both in the interest of my self-care and not to pass on the flu to any of you. I will instead be running a zoom catch up where we will have a chance to chat and I will do a couple of creative exercises for which all you will need is a pen/pencil and piece of paper!

Due to the busyness of December I’ve not been able to secure another room to run this until January, however, this does mean January is now a bonus month for Menopause and Mind with three sessions running to blast away those January blues!

Our current schedule is now looking like this…

  • 28th November – Online Creative Session and Catch Up – 7pm on Zoom – please email menoandmind@gmail.com for the link
  • 14th December – Menopause and Mind – Yule Celebration Care Café – 7.45pm – 9.15pm @ The Cornerstone Community Centre
  • 11th January – Care Café and Book Swap 7pm – 8.30pm @ The Queery
  • 25th January – Chalk it Down to Hormones Creative Workshop 6.30pm – 8:30pm @ The Queery
  • 29th January – Painting the Menopause Creative Workshop (rescheduled) 7.15pm – 9pm @ The Cornerstone Community Centre, Loft Room

You will be automatically registered for the zoom meeting tomorrow if you have received this email, and for the January Painting the Menopause Session, but just let me know if you can not make it.

Apologies again for this short notice cancellation and hope to see you tomorrow if not at future events. Here is the booking link for all future events: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/menopause-and-mind-60181017753

Warmest wishes,

Heather
