Menopause and Mind Newsletter – November 2023

Menopause and Mind Newsletter – November 2023

As we come in the darker months it has been inspirational to connect with people through the Menopause and Mind meetups. We’ve drank some Senita alcohol free spirits, created some edgy and beautiful collages in our Cutting the Crap workshop and are working on ideas around how we can support each other by sharing knowledge about health services and practical advice. We are also excited about working with the Lush Charity Pot scheme to raise some funds for future campaigns, watch this space for dates and more information coming soon!

Help get a diverse menopause documentary project off the ground! Menopause and Mind Member Lily Murray is trying to get funding for a Menopause documentary research project that will represent diverse experiences of menopause. She is trying to find at least ten diverse people to take part at this early stage – more info here!
